Method 1: Long-press the letter

ð is not on the long-press menu of the plain English keyboard. Add the Icelandic keyboard, then touch and hold d or use the key it adds.

Method 2: Add the Icelandic keyboard

  1. Open Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards.
  2. Tap Add New Keyboard and choose Icelandic.
  3. Tap the globe key to switch while typing.
